The location was convenient to the harbor and several restaurants.
The room lacked basic amenities for a supposed 4-star hotel. There was no body lotion or shower cap. Receptionists seemed unfriendly and unhelpful (i EXPECTED better service). The room was old and not well kept.

The location was excellent, right by the harbour! The hotel offered various public spaces perfect for relaxation and reading. I found the staff helpful and accommodating, a real plus .
I found the pillows to be a bit too thin for my preference.

our room overlooked the marina it provided a picturesque vista. breakfast was a delight with many choices available. the staff were really good i stored a special gift before my ring road tour. it.
the smart tv had limited streaming capabilities we were unable to connect our own devices it was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is located very close to the harbor and downtown area. I found many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel also has several cozy nooks and lounges for relaxation.
The standard room I stayed in featured a small bathroom. The shower cubicle had a curtain and was located right next to the toilet making it feel cramped.
