missing amenities unfriendly receptionist
The location was convenient to the harbor and several restaurants.
The room lacked basic amenities for a supposed 4-star hotel. There was no body lotion or shower cap. Receptionists seemed unfriendly and unhelpful (i EXPECTED better service). The room looked old and not well-kept.

the staff helped me find information i needed. i booked a double room balcony, it had a marina view. the hotel has unique art.
the room was strangely laid out. the bathroom door had a big gap. the television offered only 12 channels.

The location was excellent, right by the harbour! The hotel offered various public spaces perfect for relaxation and reading. I found the staff helpful and accommodating, a real plus .
I found the pillows to be a bit too thin for my preference.

our room overlooked the marina it provided a picturesque vista. breakfast was a delight with many choices available. the staff were very good i stored a special gift before my ring road tour. it.
the smart tv had limited streaming capabilities we were unable to connect our own devices it was a slight inconvenience.

Excellent Hotel near the Harbor

great location cozy nooks many restaurants
The hotel is located very close to the harbor and downtown area. I found many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel also has several cozy nooks and lounges for relaxation.
The standard room I stayed in featured a small bathroom. The shower cubicle had a curtain and was located right next to the toilet making it feel cramped.
