Choose from Single, Double, Twin, Deluxe, Family, and Studio 6 rooms, plus King Suites and Residence Suites. All feature flat-screen TVs, mini-refrigerators, tea/coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Deluxe rooms and Family rooms (26 m²) offer views of the North Atlantic and Esja mountain. The Adalbjörg Suite (75 m²) occupies two floors in a restored 1905 house with two private balconies. Six Residence Suites (40 m² each) are decorated in early 20th-century Reykjavík townhouse style. Ten Superior rooms are wheelchair accessible.

Breakfast includes eggs, bacon, tuna salad, porridge, cereals, bread, smoked salmon, Skyr, fruits, and vegetables, served at Kaffislippur.
